Space is where SpaceSafety AI starts. From orbit our systems see further than any local sensor network can: whole ocean basins, continents and airspaces at once. Orbital security is therefore both a mission in itself — protecting satellites, constellations and orbital infrastructure — and the foundation that makes air, land, sea and cyber protection possible from above.

Detect

Radar, optical and on-board telemetry are fused into a live picture of every tracked object above the atmosphere. Anomalous manoeuvres, fragmentation events and unexpected proximity are flagged as they develop, not after the fact.

Protect

Risks are converted into action: fuel-aware avoidance manoeuvres, re-tasking of sensors, protective attitude changes and clear escalation paths for operators. Every recommendation is re-screened against the full catalogue before it is issued.

Resilience of the orbital layer

Because every other domain depends on space assets, the orbital layer is hardened first: redundant links, autonomous fallback modes and continuous integrity monitoring of navigation, timing and Earth observation services.

How SpaceSafety AI communicates

Optical laser links

Satellite-to-satellite laser terminals move large sensor volumes between platforms at very low latency and are extremely hard to intercept or jam, so the orbital picture is complete before it ever reaches the ground.

Encrypted downlink

Ground stations receive an authenticated, end-to-end encrypted stream. Every message carries provenance metadata, so operators can prove where a warning came from.

Autonomous edge decisions

When a link is degraded, on-board AI keeps deciding locally and synchronises its reasoning once contact is restored — safety never depends on a live connection.
